Step #1 - Discovery session 

•  We do not charge any money and its obligation free

• You can spend time on what you value most, while we do the research, open houses, inspections and daily market monitoring. 
• We will bring off the market deals through our network and also give you the unfair advantage of accessing the properties prior to market release. 
• We will produce detailed reports and analysis to support the selection process.
